Mrs. Charmaine Jennings celebrates 14 years of experience in event planning. She has served as a coordinator for events that range in diversity. She has planned events and organized excursions in and out of the country. She has traveled across the world to Spain, Morocco, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and has experienced the diversity within the United States. Mrs. Jennings has served as an expert to clients from all walks of life. She is fluent in Spanish and specializes in international events that often call for global knowledge of etiquette, taboos, current trends, and customs.
She is a successful event planner/coordinator that is exuberant in verbal and written communications, organization, time management, and project management and multi-tasking. She is self-motivated, a team player, understands Microsoft Office applications, detailed, deadline-oriented, calm and personable under pressure. Her knowledge helps her in negotiation, budget management, staff management, marketing and public relations, interpersonal skills with all levels of management. All EOAL consultants assist clients with venue selection, catering, production, entertainment, gifts, transportation, lodging, and conference services.

She has helped to design, critique, and develop the standards of excellence that drives EOAL. She has over 14 years of experience in accounting and finance, and business technology. She has served in the United States Air Force, and assists our clients who require her expertise with important military procedures and traditions. She is a star consultant and has a keen eye for detail, design, and décor. She is a perfectionist within reason and holds your day at the top of her priority list. She has mortgage broker credentials and will assist our clients who may need to find financing for a new home.
